I’m a huge fan of mixing feminine ‘pretty’ prints with grungy elements – in this case, a floral sheer maxi with black studded ankle boots. I’m also a fan of mixing expensive with bargains. I love this Alice Mccall dress (that’s my investment that I wear to death) mixed with my trend boots from rubi and some cute inexpensive wristwear. Super effortless and comfy (bonus!) xx

So it’s actually nearly been 2 years since I married the funniest man on earth, but since it’s Valentine’s Day and since I haven’t shared our first anniversary shots with you yet, I thought it was quite the fitting post. Again shot by our fabulous wedding photographer Karina Jade, we went back to the location of our wedding for a picnic day to reminisce about the crazy year we have had. If you’re married (or even if you’re not), I really recommend going back to where it all began (any special place you share) taking a few shots of the 2 of you just to watch how you’ve changed, and in a lot of ways… how you haven’t. So on my birthday in Bali, Dale took me out for a little shop – which he never does… awww! I picked up this little number from a cute Balinese store and I cannot find it anywhere online, the name on the tag is NEVE but they’re not trading online yet. No matter though, if you love it, there are plenty of dresses in that neon tropical print getting round – which I love. I wasn’t sure I was on board with this whole tropical trend but it’s really grown on me, so now that we’re well into the summer months, there are still plenty of weeks to get some wear out of this fun bright print style… xx

Fashion Meets homewares – love it! Chip chop is their name. Love the bright colours, love the text, love the props and I love the model’s hair – enough said!
